Every single building has some level of exposure to physical climate risk. So the question is not “Am I exposed to risk?” but rather “How high is my risk?”

In order to better manage your portfolio, you need to understand your risks and the severity of these threats. Noelle Bohlen

Senior Product Manager at Measurabl

Noelle Bohlen is a Senior Product Manager at Measurabl, where she has led enhancements and new feature development for two years. Prior to Measurabl, Noelle was a Senior Product Manager at prop tech "unicorn" VTS in New York, a platform for managing leasing and asset management. She also tried her hand at Retail Leasing with Avison Young where she quickly learned the CRE sector was hungry for more progressive software solutions. Noelle received her B.S. in Computer Science from Fordham University and truly enjoys working at the intersection of technology and Commercial Real Estate.

Cameron Ravanbach

Account Manager at Measurabl

Cameron is an Account Manager, focused on driving value for existing Measurabl customers. He has been with Measurabl for 2 years and was previously a Customer Success Manager for strategic accounts including Prologis, Unico Properties, Brookfield, and CBRE Global Investors. Prior to joining Measurabl, Cameron worked at EDF Renewable Energy and the Center for Sustainable Energy. Cameron holds a BS in Environmental Engineering and an MBA from the University of California, San Diego. Cameron is based in New York City.

Joshua Turner

Director, Research at Four Twenty Seven

As a Director, Research, Josh curates datasets, applies data analysis and develops written and visual materials to convey clients’ specific climate risks.

Prior to Four Twenty Seven, Josh worked with the Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre to establish a preliminary climate risk assessment for anticipatory humanitarian action in Lomé, Togo. Josh has a background in meteorology, climate data analysis and communication of complex scientific information.
