Sasha Njagulj

Global Head of ESG at CBRE Global Investors

Aleksandra (Sasha) Njagulj is the Global Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) at CBRE Global Investors. She has overall responsibility for developing and communicating global ESG priorities and strategies across all business lines in EMEA, APAC and the U.S. She supports the global, regional and business line Responsible Investment Management Committees (RIMCos).

Ms. Njagulj is a qualified architect with over 20 years of practical experience in architectural design, design management and the sustainable built environment. Prior to CBRE, Ms. Njagulj was head of the Sustainability, R&D and Innovation department at Bouygues UK.

Billy Grayson currently manages the Urban Land Institute's sustainability initiatives around sustainable building performance, resilience, and healthy places. He was previously the Director of Sustainability at Liberty Property Trust - a diversified REIT with over 100 million square feet of assets under management. Prior to Liberty, he was the Vice President of Social and Environmental Sustainability at the Electronics Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), working with EICC members on supply chain issues ranging from Human Rights and CSR compliance to Transparency, Working Hours, and Environmental Sustainability. 

Roxana Isaiu

Director, ESG & Real Estate at GRESB

Roxana Isaiu

Roxana Isaiu is Director Real Estate for GRESB, with responsibility for the development and execution of the firm’s ESG data benchmarking methodology for the real estate sector. Since joining the company in 2012, she has worked with institutional investors, real estate companies and industry groups to help develop reliable and consistent data collection and analysis tools. In her position, Ms. Isaiu focuses on the promotion of transparency in the real estate sector through systematic reporting on ESG indicators of performance. She helps shape data quality processes and manages a team to support stakeholder engagement across industry bodies. With more than 250 members, including pension funds, GRESB is an investor-driven organisation transforming the way ESG performance of real assets globally is assessed. Ms. Isaiu holds a master’s of science in corporate finance.
