Nehla KRIR is Head of Sustainable Development and CSR of BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM). With her position as Head of Sustainability and CSR, Nehla Krir is in charge of operational deployment and monitoring of BNP Paribas REIM sustainability strategy on a panEuropean level. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to create and carry out projects related to CSR and ESG strategies for a range of international companies. Before joining BNP Paribas REIM, Nehla worked as a real estate Senior Auditor for PwC Audit from 2008 to 2011, a Sustainability Manager for PwC Consulting from 2011 to 2014, Global Head of Sustainability from 2014 to 2018 and then as Business Transformation Officer for AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets from 2018 to 2020. Recognized as an expert in CSR and ESG topics within the real estate market, Nehla took on the role of chairman of the ULI European Sustainability Council (2016-2018), which brings together European investors, occupiers, developers, public officials and academics with the goal of debating and exploring the best practices in sustainable development. She holds a Master degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Building Construction and Project Management & Sustainability that she gained from ESTP Engineering School in 2008. |

Sarah has 16 years of experience in the fields of environmental due diligence, auditing/site assessment (including ASTM Phase I auditing and reporting), risk assessment and property management across industrial/logistics, commercial, retail, and manufacturing sectors. She focuses on project direction, management of site assessment and due diligence projects for Nova-Ambiente's commercial/private sector and US clients and co-ordination of selected property management programmes. Sarah is involved in all aspects of U.K. & European projects and key client management. As part of the central project team, she is responsible for the high-level technical review and quality assurance of Nova-Ambiente's services and deliverables. |

Sara Anzinger is Measurabl’s Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Before joining Measurabl, Sara drove the development and implementation of Fitch Ratings' Sustainable Finance initiative in the Americas, and served as Managing Director of Real Estate Debt and Fixed Income at GRESB. Sara has worked for Royal Bank of Canada and PNC Bank and spent much of her career in commercial real estate banking and structured finance. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College and an MSc in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam. |
